Registration & Account

Registering an olx188 account is quick and completely free. Click the button Register at the top right corner of this page, fill in a short form with your preferred username, an active Malaysia phone number, and a strong password. Then verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS. Once verified, your account is immediately active and you can make your first deposit and start playing in under 2 minutes.

The minimum age to register and play at olx188 is 18. This is a policy we strictly uphold to ensure our platform is used responsibly. Members found to have provided false age information will have their accounts suspended immediately and any remaining funds will be frozen in accordance with the platform's terms and conditions.

No, each user is only allowed one olx188 account. Holding multiple accounts violates our terms of service and may result in all associated accounts being terminated. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our customer support team, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Log in to your account, go to the Account Settings section, and select the Change Password option. Enter your current password, then your desired new password and confirm it once more. Your password will be updated immediately. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" function on the login page and you will receive a recovery link via SMS to your registered phone number.

Changes to sensitive information such as your phone number and bank details require additional identity verification to protect your account. Please contact our live chat support and our agent will guide you through the necessary verification process before any changes are made to your account.

Deposit

olx188 supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia — including instant bank transfer (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and ATM card deposits. All methods are processed automatically and your account balance will be credited within seconds to a few minutes.

The minimum deposit amount at olx188 is as low as RM10 for most payment methods. This makes it easy for players of all levels — from beginners to seasoned players — to top up their account balance at their own pace without pressure. No hidden fees or additional charges are applied to any deposit.

Almost all deposits are processed automatically and the balance is credited within 1 to 5 minutes. Deposits via e-Wallet such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and ShopeePay are typically faster than conventional bank transfers. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, please contact our live chat support with proof of payment and our agent will resolve it promptly.

Daily deposit limits depend on the payment method used and your account status. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits compared to regular members. To find out the specific limits for your preferred payment method, please refer to the Deposit or contact our support team for the latest information.

Withdrawal

Log in to your olx188 account and go to the Withdrawal section from your dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method — either bank transfer or e-Wallet — enter the amount you wish to withdraw and the destination account number. Confirm your request and your funds will be processed. For more information, visit the Withdrawal us.

olx188 processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for most requests. Withdrawals to e-Wallets are typically faster than bank transfers. Withdrawals made during peak hours or involving larger amounts may require a little extra time for security checks. All withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.

The minimum withdrawal amount at olx188 is RM30. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on your VIP level — VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily withdrawal limits compared to regular members. This is one of the key benefits of being an olx188 VIP member. Visit the VIP to learn more about withdrawal limits by membership tier.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons — unmet bonus rollover requirements, incomplete identity verification, incorrect bank account details, or requests requiring additional security review. Check the Notifications section in your account for the exact reason, or contact our live chat support for immediate assistance.

Bonus & Promotions

New members at olx188 are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of up to 150% of your deposit amount. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive an additional RM150 as a bonus — bringing your game balance to RM250 to start. This bonus is activated automatically when you make your first deposit and select the relevant promotion. Fair rollover requirements apply.

Rollover requirements vary by bonus type. Generally, you must wager the total of your deposit plus the bonus a set number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. Example: if the rollover is 5x and you receive a deposit of RM100 + bonus of RM150 = RM250, you must wager a total of RM250 × 5 = RM1,250 on eligible games. Check the terms of each promotion for the applicable rollover and specific conditions.

Yes, olx188 offers daily cashback and weekly rebates across all game categories — slots, fish shooting, Live Casino, and sports betting. Cashback rates depend on your total wagering amount within a given period. VIP members receive higher cashback rates. Cashback is credited automatically to your account with no manual claim required.

Generally, only one active deposit bonus is allowed at a time. However, certain promotions such as daily cashback and weekly rebates run independently and can be enjoyed simultaneously. Check the terms of each promotion to see whether it can be combined with other offers. If you are unsure, our live chat support is ready to help.

Games & Platform

olx188 offers a complete game library covering video slots with thousands of titles from the world's leading providers, fish shooting interactive games with stunning 3D graphics, Live Casino with real dealers, sports betting multiple leagues and number games. All games can be played from a single platform with no account switching required.

Yes, all games at olx188 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been verified and certified by independent international auditing bodies. The RNG ensures that every slot spin, every fish shooting outcome, and every card dealt in Live Casino is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including olx188 itself. This guarantees a fair gaming experience for all members.

Some slot games at olx188 offer a free demo mode that lets you try the game without using real money. This is especially useful for new players who want to understand the game mechanics before betting with real money. However, wins from demo mode cannot be withdrawn. A deposit is required to play with real money and win real prizes.

Security & Privacy

olx188 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal information and financial details are stored in a secured database and are never shared with third parties without your consent. We also employ an active 24/7 account monitoring system to detect any suspicious activity and respond immediately to any threat to your account.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, in addition to entering your password, you will also need to verify your login using an OTP code sent to your registered phone number. To enable 2FA, go to Security Settings in your olx188 account and follow the instructions provided. We strongly recommend all members enable this feature.

Contact olx188 live chat support immediately and report the situation. Our team will freeze your account right away to prevent any further losses. We will then guide you through the identity verification process to restore account access and investigate the suspicious activity. Never share your password or OTP code with anyone, including olx188 staff.

The olx188 app is optimized to run smoothly even on slower internet connections.

Try the following steps in order: (1) Fully close and reopen the app. (2) Check your internet connection — try switching from WiFi to mobile data or vice versa. (3) Restart your device.
